It all started with My Mother Barbara Ann (Miller) Russell.

 

Sentrell’s Confections, LLC is definitely the place for you if you are looking for homemade desserts made completely from scratch.  

 

Jeremnich “Nich” Russell, baker and owner was inspired to bake at an early age.  He would always watch and help his mother in the kitchen when she would bake desserts for the holidays and for others.  He loved how the sweet aroma swarmed all throughout the house.  After his mom became ill in early 2000, he became the primary baker for his family. He depended on every instruction provided by her to ensure he made her proud.  

 

Jeremnich now remembers his mom, who passed away in 2006 after a battle with breast cancer, by continuing her legacy with exceptional baking. Over the years, Jeremnich has baked and delivered numerous mouth-watering desserts to many.   Family and Friends always asked “Nich, when are you going to open up your own business with baking?” I would always say, “I don’t know but I would love to one day and I don’t want to walk out the will of God.”

 

Jeremnich knew, that when God said it’s time, he would move out to start his business.  In God’s time he officially opened his business in 2020. Since day one of it’s launch business has steadily increased.

 

Many may wonder where the  name Sentrell’s Confections originated. Well, there were many options to use for a name, but I wanted something unique.  As I began to ponder, I realized that the uniqueness of my middle name was perfect. Along with the fact that I would be mixing up sweets,  I added confections. Together we have Sentrell’s Confections, “Where Love is the Main Ingredient”.

 

Even though, Jeremnich majored in Mathematics Education and loves teaching, his passion is in the kitchen, baking.  His goal is to create a treat for you, that provides an escape from worry and creates a positive memory during any moment.
